The totalitarian prince: Trump's questionable friend in the Middle East

Bergen discusses the track record of Trumps seemingly very close ally Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Under his leadership Saudi Arabia has taken two steps backwards for every step forwards. For laudable actions like allowing women to drive he has also doubled down on a war in Yemen, sentencing activists to death, and strengthening his control of the state. If it is revealed that he did indeed order the killing of Khashnoggi, then the US must act and place sanctions on those responsible.
