“‘I Was a Spy’: He Lived a Hidden Life, and Now Fears Deportation” The New York Times

The New York Times reports on the story of Blermin Skoro, a citizen of Kosovo who claims to be a former spy for the U.S. government and is an undocumented immigrant in the United States. Due to Mr. Skoro’s desire to give “proactive undercover assistance to law enforcement” regarding ISIS  his case was referred to Joshua L. Dratel.   Mr. Dratel was able to coordinate with his client and government officials. After, sharing information provided by Mr. Skoros with a prosecutor, the government moved to dismiss the illegal re-entry charge.
